We want you to feel confident trying LemonSugar Ai. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked. This applies to all paid subscriptions (Thrifty) and one-time credit pack purchases.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. To request a refund you can either:

• Email us at hello@lemonsugar.ai with your order number and we will arrange the refund.
• Or cancel from your account settings and reply to your latest receipt asking for a refund.

Processing time

Refunds are typically approved within 1–2 business days. Once approved, Stripe returns the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancelling, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. Cancelling on its own does not automatically issue a refund — if you also want a refund for the most recent charge, request one within the 30-day window.

EU / UK consumer withdrawal right

Consumers in the EU, UK, and EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts for digital content (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that this right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is more generous than this statutory minimum.
