DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Overview
LemonSugar Ai LLC ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements below. This policy also describes how to file a counter-notice and our repeat-infringer policy.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe that content stored or displayed through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that do not substantially comply with the requirements in Section 2 may not be actionable.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent with: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material removed and the location at which it appeared before removal; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
5. Repeat-Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
6. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Do not make false claims.
